Renee: BGM is a group of highly skilled and very empathetic lawyers.

Shavaun: They’re really approachable. And they make their clients feel comfortable when they’re going through such a rough time in their lives. My name is Shavaun Brazel, and I am a family law assistant.

Renee: BGM is a team of family lawyers practicing different specialties. We work closely with our clients to help them navigate through the family law process. My name is Renee Panozzo, and I work in the accounts department.

Kelly: They’re very friendly. They’re very approachable. You can come in and sit down. People normally come in when they’re feeling very stressed. My name is Kelly Coe, and I’m a family law assistant.

Sarah: The atmosphere is relaxed. There is a real team environment. And we very much focus on providing the best possible experience for our clients. My name is Sarah Radin, and I am one of the family law assistants.

Shavaun: They’re really approachable, and they make the clients feel comfortable when they’re going through such a rough time in their lives.

Renee: We can also be really flexible to meet the demands of our clients. Some people like to meet in person here at the office. Some people need us to travel to them. We can meet people online. We can talk to them over the phone.

Kelly: I think organisation is key. We have a lot of files and a lot of paperwork. We have to make sure that the files are always up to date, court documents are up to date. That really assists with clients’ cases.

Renee: We work closely with our clients to make sure that they are comfortable. That they know what’s going on throughout their matter. And so that they understand all of the options that are available to them to reach the end that they need.
