We don’t muck around! Our clients are parents, business people, and professionals – they are time-poor, so we need to cut to the chase.
While free initial meetings are offered by some law firms, they can be a bit underwhelming, particularly when they see only general information provided, by a junior lawyer.
HOW WE WORK
Our clients tend not to have the time for that, so we jump straight into the nitty-gritty. At an initial meeting with us, you will meet the Family Lawyer who will be acting for you.
They will take you through the law which applies to your case. They will talk to you about the factors unique to your case, and how to manage them. And they will tailor options which can work in your particular circumstances.
FIXED FEES
For a fixed fee of $350 incl. GST, you will leave that meeting with steps that have been crafted for you, based on our years of experience in dealing with situations just like yours.
For most people, that means a clear direction and you’ll walk away from the meeting knowing what your next steps will be.
Accordingly, we do not see our meeting with you a sales pitch, but rather, an opportunity to help you answer the questions which have been occupying your mind, and to help you with the things that have been keeping you up at night.
We want to provide you with as much value as possible in this initial meeting.
